I always trust LBC it’s been 10 years I’m sending balikbayan box to Philippines and LBC never dismayed me. It’s highly recommended.

Had a very bad experience with them last year sending balikbayan boxes from UAE to Bulacan.

-u003e The boxes didn't arrive on time (2 weeks delay + 60 days promised delivery period) and there was a 2 week delivery gap between the first and rest of the boxes (they assured me upon booking that all 3 will be delivered at the same time)

-u003e Status in the online tracking kept on changing

-u003e The boxes arrived in poor condition

-u003e Contact center in Manila is not helpful at all

I always visit LBC Express when I cannot find the Extra large boxes in larger stores. The staff is very helpful and offer to take the folded boxes to your car and even give you a roll of tape to take with you for packing. The tape is very quality and keeps the boxes tightly packed during cargo.

Horrible delivery!!! Very disappointed with you LBC!!!.Commitment was 75 days but up until this time of writing the care box did not even reached my island yet.They said the domestic shipping will take 5 days to reach OMG!!!! Then another 2 weeks before it will be delivered to my home.

This is not about the LBC office in UAE, but their manila office. Sent 2boxes to phils. And when it arrived it was in a VERY BAD CONDITION, both boxes were partially opened, and some items were missing! And they even put tapes just to cover what they’ve done!!!I have been using LBC to send balikbayan boxes but NEVER would I imagine they will do this!! Im very much disappointed and will NEVER use to send boxes again! And also when you make complain they will ask you to send a letter plus 2valid IDs!! Who the heck will ask for IDs to make complain? It can be traced in the reference numbers provided!!! NEVER AGAIN LBC!!!!!
