I am appalled by how cavalier the staff are constantly blaming their ‘tab’ for not alerting them of orders received through the LIFCO app. Every single time I’ve ordered I’ve been given the same pathetic excuse. Are you guys incapable of changing the tab? Upgrading notifications on your devices? WHY should the customer lose and waste time waiting for the order to be accepted? It’s an absolute joke. Do yourselves a favor and skip downloading and using the app - save your time and energy on other apps.
