I really had a bad experience, went there twice. The first time we went and asked them few questions on what documents they needed and stuff like that, next day we went with the said documents, even that wasn’t enough, it’s really annoying to go back and forth.
The fact that we asked and wanted to make sure we had everything and they didn’t even bothered to listen to us and look at the documents provided to them, and the worse part is they won’t even own up to the fact they were in wrong and kept bashing,
I could keep going on and on about the issues that we had with them but I am going to keep it short and simple.
There is a reason people go to your consulate is so that you help people who are having trouble understand what to do instead of bashing them and ridiculing them, if you can’t even do that properly I rather do it online

I would even never like to give a single star to this organization. Very rude staff. They don't know how to respect ladies, how to respect customer. Specially the guy who is taking finger prints (The one with short neck). He behaves just like some one came for begging. They have same typical attitude as govt staff in Pakistan. I feel ashamed as I was with one my Indian colleague and he was observing all this. It is kindly requested to please educate your staff, teach them ethics and tell them how to deal customers.
Allah khair karay Pakistan ka. Aaisay logon ki wajeh sa Pakistan har jagah badnam hai.

The updated location on Google maps is incorrect and doesn't take you on actual location, and they don't have any delivery service for passport or cnic delivered to your door step

AC was not working hence Fan was on in the very small sitting area

They are neither picking up phone nor call back. They shall share required documents information online so that we can avoid to call them. I never gave 1 star in my reviews to anyone.
