The care and consideration my husband and I received yesterday afternoon from the Paramedic who called, was outstanding. He explained the options available for my husband as well as giving him some treatment. It was very reassuring during a difficult time.

on Friday my mother in law called 111 for her brother in law as he has was in pain with his leg and had been unwell for over a week they sent an ambulance which arrived with in 10 minutes which is great then thats where it went down hill the young lady made my mother in law cry by saying you could of called your Dr wr Don deal with upset stomach and just pains after my wife sent her mum downstairs crying my wife informed them it was his leg well to let you know he had a blood clot and had his leg removed. I know you are under strain but just remember when talking to people have some compation

Tuesday 7th December 2021 2 .30 pm. 999 call to our home. We are ashamed to say, even though each and everyone introduced themselves to my daughter and I. We cannot remember one name. You all fought with every tool, so to speak, in your box. Unfortunately my husband Roger couldn't be saved. You all went above and beyond. Your caring, professionalism and sympathy was amazing. The care you all took over him even when he was no longer here. We cannot express enough how amazing and wonderful you all are. From our hearts we are forever going to call you our hero's. I cannot Rate , quite Highly enough, just how I've been treated by a crew from this station. Both Anna and Sam , could not do enough for me. I am a type 1 Diabetic who had had suffered a nasty Hypoglaecemic episode.
It is an absolute privilege to know, that "we" as a country are cared for by such diligent, and attentive PROFESSIONALS . I cannot praise them highly enough. It is frightening to think just What, could possibly have happened , if these two incredible folk had been an hour or so longer, Getting to me.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL CONCERNED !
