Very bad very bad
Please dont tace your car to fix there or for services
They have poor customer service
Only time wasting
Never dont take your car there
As i take also my car after they done servise it was an issue they fix and see how dirty my car there guving to me
Actually before when i brought my car to fix i just tak my car from car wash and u can see how dirty my car is
So dont even take any car here for service

Professional sales team with honest approach. Accompanied a friend to this showroom (His car was in routine servicing), seeing their consideration and service, my mind confirmed for checking in again for future purchase.

could have given minus 5 stars for the levels of dishonesty and deception techniques they use to lure customers. it makes me wonder how come the owner doesn't read the reviews and still pays for the whole staff their salaries. totally unacceptable and worthless services being offered

Never picks up a call. Never gets answer through phone for anything. I wonder why there is a call centre!!!

Answer to reply: This is not the first time experience. You really need to review your call centre activity. I never got an answer from call centre in my past one year experience. I always got to drive there to get answers.

Had got myself a coupon booklet earlier this year 2022.. for which i was persuaded a lot by one sales and marketing lady... After i recieved the booklet i tried booking an appointment with them.. and as usual was never able to get one.. Then one day i visited their service center in sharjah to get my ac gas refilled for which the service advisor was reluctant to accept ... but later on agreed.. ONLY AFTER TEARING 4 COUPONS after which they informed me that it WOULD TAKE TIME and asked me to drop the car off.. which I promptly did and handed over my keys... After a while say 2hours the car was handed over to me without even refilling the CAR AC GAS.. Moreover the mechanic even removed my car's CABIN AIR FILTER.. which i checked the moment i reached home... I tried contacting them many times to report the issue... But i couldn't... This was my whole narrative of the incident that happened that day .. UTTER DISHONEST PEOPLE.. JUST FLEECING UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.. WITH THE WORST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Waste of precious time, money and effort... Better don't do work.. rather than cheating people in the name of offering services
