Have Just completed my 6 days with skypeople and I can honestly say, it has been such a pleasure to being going through it with an amazing team! I also could not have asked for a better trainer than Francine! From the start she has been absolutely incredible in preparing us for our roles with British airways, making us feel so relaxed and generally just keeping us going! Also has offered so much support to myself and the rest of the trainees! I can honestly say, I have had so much fun during this time and I wouldn’t change anything about my experience!Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her as their trainer and have her pass her amazing amount of knowledge down! Thank you very much Francine, I honestly don’t know if I would have got through it with out you! :)

I have learnt so much during my training and all my worries were eliminated after the first exam because Francine makes sure that she prepares you so well. She is an absolute star trainer. She makes the lessons, fun, enjoyable yet very informative. She genuinely shows interest in all her students and she also guides you in the right direction in a firm but caring way. Thank you Francine.

I was very apprehensive about starting the intensive Cabin Crew course with Skypeople. However, right off the bat our instructor for the week Francine made us feel at home and that we was in good hands.

The course material delivered by Francine was done in a way that was understandable, retainable and fun and considering some of the course content anyone who has done the course knows some part are hard to make fun but she did it!

The course ended and the entire class was sad to leave our new instructor. Francine helped us get through that course with a smile enthusiasm and memories. When started our conversion course and as a group where a solid foundation and had each others backs and where a team, Francine helped us become that way!

When the course ended. The support, encouragement and instruction didn't stop there Francine to this day helps me whenever I need it and always has to time to guide me and give me advice with my career in aviation.

She is a true asset to Skypeople, and I feel extremely lucky to have been taught by her.

Thank you Francine you are an absolute star and will always be #endgoals.

Little late on sharing my feedback as I had my training in November, however it was absolutely amazing never the less! My trainer was called Francine and she took it upon herself to personally tailor her teaching to suit each one of our class (of 18)! Her personalised aproach meant that all of us got the best out of the course. As well as learning an awful lot we all also enjoyed ourselves so much, I’ve made friends to last as life time with bonds that will never break at which were all developed here at Skypeople. Im now working for British Airways as cabin crew with so much gratitude to give as I truly don’t think this would’ve been possible without the help and support of everyone at skypeople but more specifically our brilliant trainer Francine.
Couldn’t recommend this facility and their expertise enough!!

Knowing how intense cabin crew training is I was quite apprehensive and nervous. We met Francine on day one who made this journey smooth,knowledgeable,interesting and fun. I didn't think I would enjoy it too be honest but I was pleasantly surprised.

Hello Vicki
Just wanted to say Thank you for the first aid training. I think you should train more people on the medical field .You won’t believe! 2 incidents one passenger today the 1st of December diabetic- hyperglycaemia and yesterday chocking staff member. I was so bold and the only one there who had training until assistance arrived . I performed first aid . That was awesome . Thank you so much.

I finished my training with skyleople yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 days and the trainers are all absolutely wonderful. I feel very educated and confident to go on with my further training to become Cabin Crew.
