Called as emergency as daughters dog was not well. Seen very quickly by great vet and given medication. He improved quickly. Really great service and bill not as high as expected. Thank you.

The vets are very friendly and informative and they took good care of my pet however the receptionists need to learn the prices of their services! When I rang to book my pet in I was told one price and then when I went to pay on the day, they charged me a completely different price!

Online stats stated Christopher is the most experienced vet for small dogs in UK with Fitzpatrick Supervet close second. Our dog couldn't walk without screaming pain and other vets said nothing could be done. If you can see the photo she's running very energetically up saddle Tor on Dartmoor. Thank you for giving her life back Chris! Another level. Wish he did humans.

Christopher Ridge is a very pleasant guy who took a lot of time to offer us options for our small dog after being told we only had one option. Please if you have a small dog and are able to visit Chris for an opinion he is the best out there. He is a surgical vet and trained to operate on small animals which most south west vets don't seem to have been trained in. Thank you Chris for bring our dog back to her happy place, the beach.

Awful!! Eye waveringly expensive fees. Awful customer services at reception and even worse rude vet with zero empathy. Sold tons of drugs we didn’t need Avoid this dreadful practice at all costs. My poor dog is actually worse

Always pleasant and professional to deal with. Have been with them 15+years after 'ringing around' for prices for various procedures a dog might be expected to need. Surprising how costs varied! Parking easy too.
