Is it normal to take more than 2.5 hours to register a jetski, although there is no queue but a registration transaction takes soo long since she deducted the wrong amount from my card it was less, I asked her to do another transaction to reach to the required amount she refused and contacted IT which took ages to fix it.

Still slow this facility can't handle customers it barely can handle two customers very bad wish someone could improve it

دخلت ابا اجدد طرادي..طبعا خفر السواحل ما قصروا وخلصو اجراءهم في اسرع وقت ومعاملة التجديد خذت 10 دقايق بس
لكن هيئة المواصلات البرية والبحرية عدد كاونتراتهم فوق ال 10 وفقط موظف واحد الي موجود وهالموظف كاتب على كاونتره CLOSED.... صح اني خذت رقم ولكن الموظف ما كلف نفسه يضغط الزر عشان عشان يناديني لين فقدت الامل ورحت له بنفسي عشان يخلص معاملتي ..مافي مسؤول عليهم ولا احد يتابعهم....ما اعرف الي قيمهم وعطاهمم ثلاث نجوم وهم على تعاملهم ما يستحقون حتى نص نجمة
