I wish I could give this shop a minus score. They don't even deserve one star!
They advertise themselves on eBay as a 'Click and Collect' retailer, yet they have refused to accept three of my parcels, and returned them to the sellers. This has meant that I have had to re-pay for the three packages to be be re-delivered to a different address, which has put me out of pocket, made my purchases very bad value for money, and caused me a great deal of inconvenience, wasted time and a great deal of frustration.
If they don't want to be part of the Click & Collect system, it's not rocket science to have themselves removed.
I will NEVER buy anything from this shop ever again.

Terrible service. Reported to collect +
I brought 2 parcels yesterday, after walking under the rain, and they refused to take them, because they were too big. I was never told off before, because of the parcel's size, but just to make sure, I double checked with collect +, and they told me their behaviour is totally unacceptable, as collect + point have no right to refuse a parcel because of the size.
In addition they were rude and totally uninterested, they kept apologising, but clearly they were just trying to get rid of me. I pass this shop very often, but I'll make sure I'll never spend a penny in there anymore. And of course I've reported them to collect +, so hopefully they won't be advertising this service anymore, as they actually don't properly offer it.

The Staff were helpful in regards to what I required and supported me in my shop. Its nice to know that there are corner shops willing to fullfil your needs as a customer and prices are competetive. Good work!

I have used this shop for over a decade, it's great place to use if you've run out of something and need an item quickly.

My favourite shop in the area by far. Staff are always helpful and smiling. Fantastic selection of fruit/veg. Nice bread/sweet treats section too. 10/10

Decent little shop selling the basics. I've always found it clean and the staff are more than friendly, letting me off if I'm a few pence short and chucking in a bit of free chocolate if I've spent a few quid. It's not Waitrose but it's pretty much as good as a cornershop gets...

They constantly overcharge us and we forget to check until we are home. Really annoying! I think I will walk over to Newington Green Rd from now on to shop there.

A good well owned family business that provides services that is second to none. I required all that I need on my shopping list. Cannot fault as a establishment and will return when I need resources. Highly recommend A******
