I’ve had to phone the surgery twice in a week (very rare occurrence for me) I used the ring back service that was offered and they rang back very quickly which was great. I’ve also had to speak to one of the advanced nurse practitioners who was excellent. Listened to the problem, asked very relevant questions and was very thorough indeed. Excellent consultation and made appointments for on going tests. Well deserved 5*

As a new patient to this practice I cannot thank all the staff I have had dealings with enough.
The reception staff have been wonderful in getting me transferred over. Sorting out my much needed medication and even an appointment with the practice nurse and Health Care staff.
A special thanks to Collette for getting things really started for all the rest to cone together.

We had to visit here for my daughter for an out of hours appointment late in the night whilst on holiday. The care received was absolutely outstanding. The Dr went above and beyond and is by far one of the best Dr's my daughter has seen. He was thorough, polite, caring, and just a lovely person.

The centre took us 40 minutes to find as the satnav was telling us we had arrived when we couldn't see the building which had to be accessed up a side road and then turn again, but we didn't see any signs for this. (The satnav incident is not the fault of the surgery, but just in case anyone else finds themselves in this situation late at night, in the dark and highly anxious trying to find the place)

Charlie the nurse, has been fantastic today, so caring and friendly. My daughter who is usually apprehensive and shy in a clinical environment, felt relaxed and at ease immediately. Great triage service this morning too. The receptionist was helpful, thorough and very sincere. I can't fault the care my daughter received today.

This surgery needs a serious investigation from Betsi Cadwaladr. The level of service is disgusting.
How can they loose patients medical records who have been patient with them for 16 years!
Doctors are incredibly rude and unprofessional I will be making a serious complaint. The surgery isn't fit for purpose with extremely rude want to be Doctors aka receptionist.

Order my prescription via Morrisons pharmacy, as the advise, unfortunately they never have it sorted on time, so whilst you give them at least 7 days notice, they need 14 days. Which means you run out, even with emergency supplies. Go and see them, it's just as bad.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Ordered repeat prescription nearly 3 weeks ago using their email. Told I couldn't do it through email and had to come in, sent it off the same week and still not had my tablets!!! Got told it was marked as urgent but clearly medication and health is not an urgent concern!?

I had a blood test done last Thursday and then I told the lady about my breathing problems so she said that she can't do anything about it so she'll put me on the call back list. The doctor called me at 10:06 that morning when I was at work even though I did say to the lady I was working that day then that even I phoned then back I told the lady I that I'm working 10 - 3 (3:30) tomorrow , they decided to call me at 10:10. I'm not happy about that place. I can never get an appointment for my breathing problems. I tried to get that appointment back in June last year but had no luck.
