My experience with Master Mechanic was exceptionally well for major service of my car. Car was picked and delivered on time. They have sent all photos and videos of the services/checks/maintenance they performed, great professional behavior shown by the team. Interior and exterior was neatly cleaned post service.

They will suggest to replace any part if it’s really required post taking confirmation from the customer. They didn’t charge anything extra ????, major service was done in just AED 300 which is cheaper than the other places.

Would recommend everyone to use their services at least once. Once again congratulations to the team, keep such professionalism up ????

Very professional and loyal people. Mr. Abid is very professional and honest. Quality work and they keep promises about time of delivery.
The workshop is clean and organized. Your car will be in good hands and care.

Though they are relatively small now and have started recently but i must admit they are an extremely professional lot and give good value for the money. I did a major maintenance work for my BMW recently and they did a fantastic job. They gave photos and video of each and every activity performed by them which gave me a lot of comfort as a customer. My Best Wishes are with them.

The garage was so neat complete with covid guidelines sanitazers and handwashing area. The staff were very helpful polite professionals. They fixed my car thermostat in just 1.5hrs. in a very reasonable price. Thanks you MASTER MECHANICS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MY MECHANIC THAT DAY I FORGOT TO ASK HIS NAME. THANKS AGAIN.

The tall black African/Nigerian guy was very smart calm and offered Great service, but the company charges was abit pricey. Because of that guy I will visit them again
