They’re trying to take money from my card after i delivered the car to them, 3 days later I find that they tried to withdraw money from my card without my consent bit the bank refused it. The day after that, they did it again and the bank accepted. I called the office in the airport and when i mentioned to him the word ( withdraws )… He cut me off and shouted “ no no no i didn’t take anything, call the sales department”. DENIAL

So i called the main office, asked me the info and told me to call back in 5 mins and I did.

He told me that they found fines after i left so they tried to take money, i told him there was an insurance money that they put on hold from my card since i rented the car & told him that i called the bank & it told me that the hold is still there, so why attempt to use MY card?!

Of course he tried to dodge the answer by saying that they were taking it from the money on hold & I told him no they were new attempts, and told if they wanted money from me why not CALL ME and ask for it?!!

He dealt with this in a cold attitude till I mentioned the word Complaint to mastercard & Police! Then he said the manager left for the day and will call me tomorrow.

Of course its theft and I’ll file a complaint to the police.

UPDATE: no one called at all.

They are sitting to charge and takeout extra money from your pocket by means any way when you go to return the car...
They wait silently to catch the fish once you book the car then you should get ready to pay extra amount then agreed at any cost....

I had a very good experience with Maximum. They deal in a neat and descent manner and also the rental procedures are so fast and convenient one. The way they treat the customers are very good and quiet simple... Moreover the cars are well maintained. They are ready to replace the car at any time in case of urgency. Simply Saying... They know how to deal with their customers and how to make the customer satisfied...

they are not working on sunday till 8pm. if u want to return the car after 5pm on sunday they will not be available and u will be charged extra rent when u provide the car next day.

Very bad company as their staff don’t know what cars they have, need to improve the knowledge of person who answers phone and make hime more friendly and have a good manor.

Excellent service and very good cleaned and maintained cars…
Best point is you can take car from dxb and drop in sharjah - vice versa

I will not recommend to anyone. Staff is not informative. They will not provide you the exact timings even they don't reply to your call. Please don't rent vehicle with them.
