This institute is very helpful to me. The teachers are very kind and helpful. My experience in this centre is very good. Everything is easy to understand. All study materials will be provided including PYQ'S and several question banks to improve your speed in solving questions and for understanding the concepts

The teaching staff are very competent and they are very supportive regarding education. Extra curricular activities such as Olympiads, and other internationally recognized programs are encouraged.

An absolutely awful college. Students are regularly sent home despite being funded by the local authority because there’s “not enough staff” when there are over 200 of them. There are only a handful of nice staff in the college but most students I have spoken to have all had terrible experiences in this college. The only reason people still go there is because they haven’t got anywhere else to go. There’s nobody to talk to if there is a problem because staff are always “too busy.” Staff are very unprofessional and I have had to formally complain about their use of language several times within the past year.

Whilst I went to this college from 2014 to 2018 I was severely bullied, I now have severe mental health conditions due to the bullying that the staff did absolutely nothing about.

I would give no stars if there was an option.

Not a hotel, lodge or b&b. Has no business advertising in late rooms.
Reception closes at 6pm and does not open until 08.30. Breakfast? Provided in a paper bag. Miniature soft muffin wrapped in cling film. A clementine/satsuma? 250ml tropicana orange drink and a small snack bar. Bathroom is in the hallway and is a disabled facility. It does not smell nice. Whole place smells like a hospital. Called security to get in. Fortunately someone was working late, but they insisted on payment in advance since check out at a useful time was not possible. So then I had to insist they provide me with a valid invoice or refund. It took 15 minutes to print out an invoice.
Not happy. I feel misled and ripped off.

The staff are not understanding to people with mental health. They don't sort sexual harassment problem out. I do not recommend this college to anyone. But with help with work they are amazing with that.

I booked this room with the understanding as per the LateRooms website that i will pay when i arrived for my stay. Not only have they taken the money i have been waiting for over a week for my refund. I have spoken to and emailed the hotel with no one giving me a straight answer as to what is going on. I am seriously considering speaking to Trading Standards as not only has the money been debited without my authority it was also debited from my overseas account meaning i may lose money due to the pound and euro almost being equal.

I'm at hereward College and i love it there i get loads of help of the teachers at the best college in Coventry and I'll go back there when i leave college.
