Several times now I have tried to get to the pharmacy before my son starts school, it states on the door that it opens at 7:30 and also on the website on Google. No one is ever here on time. Currently 8:07 am and still sat outside. If it doesn't open till later it needs updating as this is 3rd time. Really disappointed

Great pharmacy however I do have a young child and getting in with a pram is never possible … says it’s a wheelchair friendly but if I can’t get the pram inside I don’t know how a wheelchair is supposed to fit in there. So many times I wanted to go in to buy something but I can’t because of that reason

Have had to come here for my children's prescriptions a few times now and they have you standing waiting for ridiculous amounts of time when there is numerous staff stood around in the back. Nothing is organised and they either never have what you need or only have half of your actual prescription. Not to mention when they “order it in” your still waiting forever with a poorly baby needing the medication.. Terrible service!

Only choose this chemist if you don’t minding standing in the shop for half an hour for them to do your 1 item prescription, then most of the time they never have enough tablets and you have to go back .
Every single time wait wait wait !! Absolutely terrible slow service.

Went to this pharmacy recently, the staff are extremely helpful and the pharmacist in that day(a young lady) was absolutely excellent! Reassuring and offered on going help should the treatment suggested did not work effectively. Will be using again and highly recommend.

I have recently moved to Oswaldtwistle and registered with doctors and chemist, the service from Oswaldtwistle Pharmacy has been superb.. It is the first time I have had my prescription hand delivered! ???? On both occasions... And last night he delivered my latest prescription at 9.15pm... Above and beyond by any standards.

Today the pharmacist has helped me by solving a problem with a vital prescription. He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and went above and beyond his remit, at an extremely difficult time. I can’t thank him enough.
When my disability is less severe I shall become a regular customer and won’t hesitate to recommend them in future.

A little bit manic sometimes takes a while to find prescription but it is because they are so busy and offer such a good service with the long hours which is a Godsend for those of us that work. Other chemists in the area close before the doctors surgery has even finished! The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble - home deliveries and suchlike.
