Hi, I just came NOW! at your mega mart Jamal abdul Nasser street, a guy busy holding his phone doesn’t allowed me to bring my scooter inside the shop knowing we’re aware there’s thief outside, he just shout to me that i should left it outside, are you allowing this kind of people without manners? It’s so easy to say please, or maybe I disturbed him while he’s in cellular phone? thank you so much for such wonderful experience

Not very good, but fine. Soso!!
But almost all of items are more expensive than other supermarkets.

It's USP is that it stores fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables. It has some great well groomed staff with good customer service skills. It tries to stock all that a consumer needs in a compact space. A little high on the price but worth a visit.

The customer service is horrible here. Henry (the gentleman behind the cashier at the night shift) was extremely rude. He would not answer my question about a product they had out of stock. He would not provide me with information about when they would restock. When I asked for two packets he threw one on the table. He acted like he didn’t care about anything when I asked him if he was having a bad day or something. I tried to make excuses for him but he was so out of line with his comments. I went to another cashier to be assisted and she was normal. I’m not asking for Henry to be my best friend, I just need basic customer service to be given. He acted like I was getting my groceries for free. He got the wrong one....not today!
