Very bad experience with this firm. To be specific, the way the items were handled at the delivery end was very bad.
These guys delivered the home theatre system damaged and it is not working now.
I send the damaged photos to their official WhatsApp group, but these guys did not even bother to call me until today as a courtesy.

Strongly do not recommend this firm.

Contacted them to send door to door cargo of 135 kg from SHJ to COK via sealine (Rate AED 6.00 per kilogram). Operator gave us a date and time for the pick up. Their staff were polite, came right on time to pick up the items from my place, weighed them, packed them and delivered it to their outlet in Sharjah. Would definitely choose them again in the future.

They really handled everything very well and fast! Genuinely loved their cargo service! Don't think twice If you want to send anything to india just go ahead with them! Thank you so much for your service and I'm really glad I found them ! A very happy customer ☺️????

Very bad experience, I sent one bicycle for my child, delivered with totally damaged, rude behaviour when informed the issue. I am terribly shocked how they can handle that in such way. They are not responsible for any damages.

I don't want to give rating at all to this cargo. Everyone to note before is

1. Unprofessional services.
2. Unable to deliver on the committed date.
3. Delivering at midnight.
4. Harassing the customer at midnight to take the parcel.
5. Not delivering the material at door
6. Collecting a service charge again at the time of delivery.
