After a schedule change in my flight, I’d
Rearranged my schedule so I could attend work, and I thought everything would be smooth sailing as I’d booked meet and greet. I was wrong! Unfortunately, I hadn’t contacted them of a change to my flight schedule, so I arrived at the airport to be told my car was locked in a compound and I’d have to wait several hours for it to be unlocked and returned to me. The really infuriating thing was that the team on the ground in the office had zero compassion and offered no solutions to help me out. I asked for a refund and got a flat no. I asked if they would sort my transport so I could get to work, and they said no. Basically, I was told it was my fault in 600 ways, and there was nothing they could do.
I mean, they have all of my flight details, so they are aware of changes; therefore, I was reluctant to believe the guy on the phone that they check each morning. Surely this is quite a common experience! If it isn’t, my suggestion would be that they change their processes.
Avoid this at all costs. It’s not cheap, but it’s supposed to be convenient. It is not!!!

We have just collected our car from Heathrow Terminal 3. Absolutely appalling service from the driver at Maple parking. We called the number provided to advise we had collected baggage. I called the service at 12.51pm to advise we would be at level 4 to collect the car (brand new 23 plate). When we arrived at 13.23pm (as per my call log) I was advised the the driver had left the key to my brand new car on the wheel and gone. LEFT THE CAR UNATTENDED WITH THE KEY WITH THE CAR. I have never received such appalling service. We were told the driver was only willing to wait 30 minutes (which by my calculations we arrived roughly within the time frame) until they would just leave the car in the car park with the key on the vehicle. I was not advised this would be the case when I originally spoke to them, nor does it state this in any terms and conditions. I have been advised by security at Heathrow this is common procedure and will now be reporting this to parking operations at Heathrow. THIS IS NOT MEET AND GREET, this is leave your car and go. DO NOT USE THIS APPALLING SERVICE. I will be logging a formal complaint in writing within 14 days and welcome your response.
