Well furnished beach area ,neat and clean , children play area, walk and cycling ways, good place to visit.

It's an Arabic theatre festival so almost all the visitors are Arabs. There's 1hr theatre show from 8pm to 9pm and after that these guys serve free mutton mandi. People visit it right before the sunset to enjoy the cool weather and the volunteers serve free kahwa (traditional Arabic coffee), laqaimat (Emirati sweet dumplings), Pista milk, water, etc.
There are also lot of tents setup for the rest and socialising and it provides a good photo ops.
There's a big majlis for men which is also used for salah in congregation.
Overall, a nice place to spend the evening and enjoy the ambience. Adding non-Arabic languages (English, Urdu, etc) will definitely attract massive crowd to the event.
