This is the southbound local bus stop running 24 hours a day 365 days a year for Metrobus and Fastway services heading towards Crawley town centre, Crawley neighbourhoods, Manor Royal Business District, Horsham and East Grinstead.
To get to the stop, go to the arrivals concourse in South Terminal and follow the signs to ‘Southbound local buses - Metrobus’ (do not follow signs to Buses & Coaches). This will take you down a moving conveyor then to a lift. Head down to the ground floor and you’ll be at the bus stop. The stop has a large shelter and live times screens telling you when the next buses are coming. (If you want to head towards Horley and Redhill, follow the signs to ‘Northbound local buses - Metrobus’ instead)

What has happened to Gatwick south terminal, flying from here was more than disappointing. It is absolutely disgustingly dirty, floors, walls and ceilings full of dust and dirt, not a welcoming place at all. I will never fly from here again.

Busy airport but that is to be expected as it's one of Europe's biggest. Security and passport control were swift. They have a family friendly system which does make a difference. Once through security you will find a number of places to eat and drink. This terminal has lost of seating which is a welcome change. I also found that some of the seating areas had charging ports which is also a nice touch. There is a soft play type area for younger Travelers but it's not very big. The airport provided a good experience, better then I've had at other airports.

Dreadfully tatty and decrepid. Asking for a £1 deposit for luggage trolleys is just petty (particularly when the single change machine is out of order). Simple but important stuff like this is why Gatwick will always be the poor relation to Heathrow.

Someone senior urgently needs to get a grip of the customer experience here as this is not a good reflection of UK Plc.

Very good service of Local buses connecting nearby places like crawley, horsham,redhill etc. A big bus stop with large electronic display for bus timings.
