Sadly let down and somewhat shocked to be charged £3.50 per hour at this car park!
I was dropping my wife off around the corner for work and this was the nearest car park. Started off pleasantly with Richard coming to my aid as I parked in the morning. I had been unable to navigate around the car park and was kindly given a parking place in the VIP spot as I in deperation tried to exit, grateful for this but apparently I was told the £21 was correct for the 7 hours parking, but my anger is at the fact I was told the price list is displayed on the way in, not so, as the pictures show, you have to go the long journey down the ramp and only see charges (although I didn't actually see them) as you get to the barrier where you present bank card etc,!
I'm from Manchester and not accustomed to this particular car park. I have used the Q Park in Manchester and although it wasn't without problems, I never got charged this much, as well as being unaware of the premium charge!
Bas taste in the mouth for what had otherwise been a solid rapport with "Q"!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Pre booked parking officially from 5:55pm to 2am. I arrived a whole 4 minutes early, what do I get? A £3.30 charge for the pleasure. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It said I overran but I didn’t at all, just arrived slightly early. Shall I drive in circles till it’s 5:55pm? I tried my hardest to plan to get there for that time but life happens. Never ever booking with this place. God forbid you arrive ever so slightly early. Absolute joke. UPDATE: A WHOLE TEN MINUTES?! The light Q park owner said it was a NEARLY A WHOLE TEN MINUTES. HOLD ON TO YOUR SEATS PEOPLE! Absolute joke of a parking lot. Bots manage their emails and Google review responses. A JOKE. ????

It was my first time in Leeds, so I picked a carpark near all the attractions and in a shopping centre. The plus point is that it's in the centre of Leeds, but it's very expensive and parking was a little difficult between the columns. I'd recommend finding a cheaper carpark before you arrive in Leeds.

Boy howdee was I surprised to be asked to review a parking garage. Let me tell you: I put my car in there and when I came back it was in the exact same place I left it. No ghosts moved my car or scrawled "get out" in blood across the side of it.

There are VIP spaces to let you know what sort of poor scumbag you are, which was comforting because I like to know my place.

Parking is pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for: if you want a parking garage that is not infested with the restless souls of those who have had a traumatic death, this is the one for you. Pretty-much zombie free too AFAICT.

It's a car park. You drive in. You park up. When it's time to leave, you drive out. Not cheap per hour because city centre. Worthy of note is this car park no longer accepts cash.

Expensive - 3 different hourly tariffs depending on what time you arrive, the first row at £2.5ph which we assumed was our price appeared resonable (but only if you arrived prior to 9am), the last row was £3.5ph (which we ended up paying arriving after 11am). Prices only displayed after you drive down the ramp so impossible to not enter. Narrow ramps and parknig bays.

Pre-booked parking online and received the following email: "Take a ticket from the entry barrier and park as normal. When you return, simply go straight to the exit and press the ‘help’ button and have your booking confirmation number ready." Easy as pie, except at 7pm on a Sunday, there was apparently no one on the end of the line to confirm my details. With cars lining up behind to get out of the single exit, I had to scramble to the machines in the lobby where I finally got a response. I was told to go back to the exit, hit the intercom again and they'd let me out. Five more minutes holding and the person on the line opened the barrier at last. Embarrassing, frustrating and expensive!

Nice, clean, light place to park, right in the middle of Leeds. Ok, it's a bit expensive but it just feels safer than anywhere else in town.
