I cant even describe how bad the gym is for ladies. No air conditioning, horrible sweat smell, expensive for no reason and very small no space. No proper training

Joined this gym in 2013. Still working out here, apart from the middle breaks I had to take to travel to my country. The new management has brought alot of changes, new machinery and clean environment. However, I've been hearing about the lack of support for newly joined members who are novice in this field. My suggestion is to take extra care with new joinees so that it will help them and the gym grow. All the best!

Not recommending this place for beginners. No advice and no instructions from trainers. So loudly musics play by members.(Music handles by members) so noisy. Small place and so crowded.

Very poor response by the trainer when visited 20th Nov afternoon for an enquiry. Very disappointed with such disrespectful behaviour of the trainer from this gym. Felt like they dont need any more people to join and instead guiding and explaining, he was only replying in one word for asked queries. I would never recommend this gym. ????

They are good in customer service specially since new coaches joined here. They are helpful, Friendly & courteous. Their equipment is old & not wide in range yet you can make an excellent body & muscles of you are committed.
