Mosque Corner ????

The Royal Mail post brick pillar box in Old Amersham at the bottom of Stanley Hill A404 by the Red Kites roundabout junction with the London Road East A355 & West A413 and abutting the end of Chequers Hill road. There is another post box at the top of Stanley Hill, hence its name. Its position is not that obvious being in the shadows of overhanging trees and obscured by a bush if viewed in the downhill direction. Passing motorists cannot pull over kerbside besides it because of its close proximity to the roundabout and its traffic islands, however there is a hardstanding area immediately in front of the box which I guess the Post Office van uses to collect the mail.
This one has been designated as an NHS Priority Postbox during the Covid-19 virus pandemic.
