I originally left a negative review as I took two identical journeys and the second was priced a lot higher with the driver citing the bank holiday as the reason.
Tom (owner?) acknowledged my review and asked me to email him so he could investigate. He responded promptly and found that there had been an error in the charge and promptly rectified it.
I really appreciate this effort and it has restored my faith in the business. Thank you Tom

Taxi journey from Falmouth to Helford passage. Our driver was excellent as not knowing the area we had arrived at a short stay car park which was no good for us as we were walking all day. The taxi driver kindly guided us to a long stay car park before setting off. So good of him not to give up on us before we had even started our journey. Would use them again if in the area.

Very impressed with both drivers who took my 93 old mother to her dentist yesterday. Helpful and friendly, would definitely use Abacus again, highly recommended.

Handy local taxi company based in Falmouth Town centre that I used many times during my stay there to get from and too the campsite I was staying in, sometimes quite a long wait for a cab and the prices always varied for the same trip which surprised me, however, all the drivers were very friendly

We booked a taxi and he arrived on time and assisted me to put the wheelchair in the taxi. They were really lovely and when we booked the return journey the lady in the office said she could send us the same driver.

Brilliant Taxi company with excellent customer service! All drivers are friendly and all of the operators are wonderful, too. I have been using Abacus for years now and they never disappoint!
