Customer service is very bad in this shop. That filippino lady don't even know what's customer service and she is been standing in the cs counter. Shouting each other, very rude behaviour. The management should look into these matter.ignoring the customer when ask for help.really bad.

The place location is very good as its near to wasba and terboush on opposite of it. The most crowd in that area is by ARAB peoples. The most good point is that parking always ablavailable.

Very bad quality items, customer service very bad. One Filipino there in the counter passing comments on customer ang ignore when ask for help.disgusting.

Very rude and bad customer service the one punjabi cashier was very rude i bought stuff but only had 1000 dirham she simply said that you have to leave the stuff and go its such a big store and yet no change

Its new 1 to 20 shop opened in Majaz, Al Qasba area, prices are normal, same like other day to days or 1 to 20 shops, material is fresh as its new so did shopping from there, they have milk section too, as nowadays eggs, chicken and milk prices are getting high so some new store give best price like this.
