I ordered a cab and they wanted to charge more than other cab services but agreed to be reasonable. I waited nearly two hours and they never showed up. I rang the office again to be told that the drivers are now offline and they cannot get me a cab. They left me stranded at gone 10pm. I told the controller he should at least had manners to ring me and let me know. Complete useless and unprofessional.

Previously a good service which i used regularly. However in last two months I have had two drivers nit put the metre on and pick their own charge at the destination. First timeas a woman alone returning from a&e at 4am, second time wrangling a toddler. Obviously the driver could tell I was vulnerable and not at full capacity to check the meter was on or to challenge the end price both times. Also the phone line no longer rings for me so cannot raise with the company directly. I jo longer feel safe using this company.

Good grief. Gave one star but honestly would give zero if I could. Booked a pick up from Heathrow a day in advance for pick up at 10:40, driver didn't arrive until 1pm. Had to call to suss out where the car was, and he couldn't confirm where I should wait for him - luckily for him I was in the right spot. To make things worse, when we got to the barrier he threw his hazards on, got out of the car without a word and left me alone in the car with the driver side door open for 5 minutes with no clue where he'd gone (see pic). When I then asked why the cost was so high when I'd gotten a number of quotes not exceeding £50, and this was £70, he rudely shrugged and told me the office set it. I explained that I only had £60 in cash based on the quotes and he dismissed me quickly by saying we'd stop at a cash machine. At this point I'd been travelling (with food poisoning) for 21 hours straight, on 3 different delayed flights, and was ready to burst into tears at that suggestion. All in all, if you value your cash and your sanity, avoid like the plague.

Have been useing them for over a week and they are the cheapest ones around but also the service and drivers and the controller are very easy going people and great service providers

I pre booked a taxi to take me into town for the theatre 24 hr in advance. The driver turned up 45 minutes late without so much as an apology. The company blamed the delay on traffic but I don't believe this. The roads seemed clear to me on our journey and even in rush hour - they said he would only be 5-10 mins late and it kept getting longer and longer. I think it was a case of a greedy driver booking in too many jobs. Appaulling service - do not use this company.

Terrible place now have used for years but now don't know what's happened twice this has happened over the last couple 9f weeks was told it was £25 my normal journey now instead of £13.50 I said about this he said we do it for £20 I had No choice but to say yes didn't receive text or anything about booking so after they didn't arrive I rang another group and they came £14
In fact they just conning people now unless it's different owners doing this

I have just had a really bad experience on behalf of one of our Patients
He came by one of there cars & was dropped off outside our Opticians which is Kassford Opticians on London Road. We rang them back to collect the Patient & was told the driver would park outside the shop as the Patient is disabled & is on Walking Sticks. We Got a call from the driver saying he was outside but could not see the car, so we rang the mobile he had rang us on & he said he was up a alleyway opposite the shop, he said he couldn't park there because it was red route, i explained to him that you can park there for 20 mins in between 10-00 till 4-00pm unloading & loading, he said that if he got a ticket we would have to pay £120, i have worked here 20 years & never had anyone receive a ticket in these circumstances, he then sat in the car and never got out to help the gentleman get into the car, not even open the car door!! i had to leave the shop to help him myself even a bus passing stopped so that we could pull the door open wider! I then rang the office & got the same attitude from the controller he was very rude too!! Shocking attitude!!!

I love this company but the other day I ordered a cab now to book a cab it takes the money to one side other wise will not let you book well cab come next day and when I got out cab it said my payment failed I said how when I booked yesterday it went through price was 11.00 well the reason it decided to fail was they charged me 13
