I visited Vicky last November due to back pain after giving birth to my baby and carrying him all day and night due to his colicks and allergies. Her massage and physiotherapy advice was life changing. Since then I have moved countries and I am thinking to hop on the plane just for her therapeutic massage. Thank you Vicky for your excellent treatment!

Such a great atmosphere and kind people! Very understanding and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services! Rod is doing wonders. After only 3 sessions my back pain went from 8/10 to 3/10 and I'm gonna keep going there! It's really worth it!

Have used several of the therapists here and have never been disappointed.
They always give you the full amount of time in the appointment unlike other places I've been to and are honest and aren't overly pushy about making you book more appointments than you need.
The online booking system is super easy to use and there are appointments throughout the week making it easy to book.
Finally the premises are always spotlessly clean and the therapists always wipe everything down between appointments.
If you have an injury or any aches and pains I highly recommend Hands On.

These guys are great. I regularly use them for back and shoulders "maintenance"! Most recently, I have suffered from a running injury and after some persuasion from my wife booked a physio consultation with Jeremy Gowan. Not only is Jeremy a great guy and extremely professional but he has absolutely nailed my injury and just two weeks later I am fully on the road to recovery and righting an injury that I have probably been carrying for over 20 years. Can't rate Jeremy and the team at Hands On highly enough!

Vicki was brilliant today, I ran London Marathon at the weekend and she worked through all of the tight muscles until they were much more relaxed. Highly recommend her services.

I'd had some shoulder and neck pain from using a computer and driving. Patrick knew what the problem was and prescribed some very easy exercises. Interestingly they were about movement rather than building muscle and took no more than 5 minutes a day. After about 6 weeks I feel as good as new.

Highly recommended!

Great massages, osteopath and physio services.

Another great massage today, from new team member, Patsy.

Everyone is great here though, I feel comfortable booking with any of them. Whether for a relaxing massage, or seeing one of the physios/osteopaths for a more specific issue.
