I’ve been coming to Sukjai for over 2 years, I love it. They are good prices and all the masseuses are excellent, they know their stuff!

Booked a 2 person massage for a Valentine’s Day treat as a surprise for my partner (about a week in advance), the surprise was that no one answered the door when we arrived as I guess they forgot our booking. Was willing to look past the bad reviews and give the place a chance but here we are, such a shame as you’ve now lost a potentially loyal customer.

Definitely not worth 50 pounds,was on the phone for the entire session.
I had booked an appointment online ,I was a few mins late, but not a busy day therefore didn't cancel the appointment.
But this was supposed to be my relaxing service but she was on her phone the entire time. Either texting or calling.
And she finished 10 mins early n didn't even do the upper body shoulders n neck.
Bad experience.

Appointments always prompt with a choice of several,girls all very lovely and professional giving expert and thorough massages with regard to your own wishes if you have particular aches and pains in various muscles which are treated with care. I have been a patron for many years and will continue to patronise. Having had Thai massages in Thailand I can for h for the authenticity of the massages here in Cheltenham. Alan

Booked this morning for an appointment for deep tissue. Arrived only to be told that I would have to wait another 30 mins. Then a trainee come out, she said payment upfront which rang alarm bells ! Then she rang the manager to see what the next step was. Told I would have to wait an hour. I left as I was not confident I would actually get a decent massage. I would recommend not to use their services.

Very welcoming staff and a really relaxing, lovely experience. I had an oil Thai massage and it was fantastic, would recommend and will definitely be coming back :)

Last-minute decision to get a massage. Great location in Cheltenham for parking, but very thorough and good value.
