Ordered a Will kit for a terminally ill friend online for collection in store. Thinking that this would be quicker. Took the money when I called customer service it wasn't even in stock.
So cancelled the order. Found it on Ebay for a quarter of the price. This is why the high street is dying a death. Rubbish service from shops.

It's ok but is a smaller branch in a smaller town. I personally don't think it serves Bexhill at all well and I find visits here being totally pointless. There are a number of independently owned shops in Bexhill where I find what I am looking for everytime.

Good selection of books. The payment area is really small, could do with being re-jigged to make it more accessible.

Small version, has a selection of most things but for more selection a larger shop would be better.
