Great experience! It was my first visit to this place. Many things are happening in this beautiful building and I recommend you to plan your trip before giving DCA a visit. Regular movie screenings happen here and you can get those tickets at a very cheap rate. DCA was showing the latest Mission Impossible movie when I visited. An interesting exhibition from Zineb Sedira was also going on one side. I didn't visit the resto downstairs but heard they serve some good food. Do give DCA a visit if you are in Dundee. Moreover, it would be great if DCA is giving more publicity to all the events happening inside.

Nice to see such a location in Dundee. Nice Cafe in basement. Free entry. Changing expositions. Frequent events. Mix of styles and types of art. You either come as walk in and get surprised or you might want to check upfront what they offer or show at present. No big museum shop. It’s not the MoMa, but definitely a nice and valuable addition to Dundee‘s culture environment.

Well designed art gallery with inspiring exhibitions. This gallery really lived up to its name “contemporary art”. Staff is friendly and amazing, with extensive knowledge about ongoing exhibitions, and helped me with my stranded problem (came to Dundee on a train strike day). 10/10 recommended!!

(To the box office staff: I’ll come back next time for the movies!!)

Lovely venue, clearly lovely and thriving. The three stars is due to the cafe being so noisy to sit in - hard to hear the people around your own table - uncomfortably loud and we cut our cafe stop short due to this. Would you consider sound muffling material ceiling tiles? Couldn't even hear the waitress beside us.

It's a small museum with a decent cinema and bar. Love the interior and exterior architecture for this location. I like that you can sit outside in the patio and there's a couple of experimental exhibitions going on there. The staff are all friendly & the toilets are cool too!

Clean cinemas with spotless toilet facilities, friendly staff, prompt service. Excellent selection of delicious food and drinks. Well laid out bar/dining area and beer garden. What else you need for spending some quality time.

Stunningly constructed event space with lots of uses from exhibitions to shopping and eating. We just visited the gallery space which was small but very focused and of high quality meaning you will see a specific exhibition/artist which will be changed regularly. Friendly staff on hand to welcome you and are well versed in the current exhibition.
