As far as I know, this is the best Sudanese restaurant in Sharjah.
Good quality authentic food served in nice atmosphere.

Interesting family ran Sudanese restaurant serving authentic dishes including shayyah and agashi. Their Sudanese hot sauce (shattah) is really good.

CASH & CARD. DELIVERY AVAILABLE (limited distance). TAKEOUT OR EAT IN. LOVELY TRADITIONAL SUDANESE FOOD. 24 HOURS WITH FREE WIFI.

Food: Freshly prepared traditional cuisine. Lots of dishes that you'd typically find in a Sudanese restaurant. Very good insight into the culture and eating habits if you've never been to Sudan. Generous portions. Didn't have everything on the menu.

Recommendations:
Salej and Kisra- traditional dish.
Tagalia and kisra- traditional dish.
Roselle- known as 'karkade' (hibiscus tea).

Hilba madeeda- traditional desert.
Milk rice - like rice pudding.
Coffee - Habashi coffee.

Location: Easy to find (next to the Kuwaiti restaurant). Parking outside-limited.

Service: Very warm and welcoming. Mainly Arabic speaking but you can communicate in English also- they were more than happy to explain the food to me. Great service and

Ambiance: Family/ladies section on first floor. Can be booked for birthdays. Lovely and calm when we went (evening) but can imagine it has the loud vibrant atmosphere during peak times. Tables are large enough and chairs are comfortable. Saw two games for children- will keep the busy while you enjoy the food!

Price: Affordable- great value for money.

We have visited this place to get Sudanese local dishes. I've ordered "Aqashi" and it tasted delicious, although it was a bit dry and not as hot as expected for a grilled dish.

For drinks we ordered the black Tea with mint and the Sudanese tradional coffee"Jabana". We enjoyed the whole set, but the introduction was lacking of our traditional signature like "bakhoor" and the tradional mugs.

The service was average.

The decoration of the restaurant needs a little bit attention.

Value for money.

The whole experience was satisfactory, but I expected more.

Food is very tasty, Prices are moderate not cheap yet not high, Intior in amazing and clean,Staff are very friendly,i would suggest if they put bakhor in the place it would give a Sudanese home vibe, i would recommend it to all my fellow Sudanese, this is a must if you come to Sharjah
