I literally had to wait for 2 hours because there is no arrangement in order for who ever comes first ! I DO ABSOLUTELY BLAME THE MANAGEMENT IN THIS SITUATION , the workers are absolutely kind and they deserve better management .
Moreover to the situation . The one who was supposed to do the nails care for me was scolded ?!!! Why ?? Because the manager couldn’t even manage the turn for who should get their nails first ??I was hearing the worker being devastated but she tried to be as professional as possible and do my nails ! SHE IS SO BRAVER FOR THAT ! .
I was expecting getting my nails done and having a great time not witnessing some drama and people getting scolded ، there was not a single minute that I liked being in this salon I couldn’t wait to get my nails done and get out of this place .
This is my first experience in this place and my worst ever in a beauty salon .
My advice to this nail salon is to hire someone who can manages this place well and not let other customers before the ones who are setting their and waiting for two hours , and take responsibility and not blame someone else .
Maybe use some numbering system to manage the waiting list IDK ! Just the run the business well ???? .
And even there is no esaad I was honestly trying to get at least some of my money back since that is the best that I can do with such situation.

High quality products, friendly and accommodating staff, nice spa options for mani's and pedi's, the prices are great value for the service.
The interior is modern and fresh and elegant!
Plenty of parking close to the salon.
This will be the place to visit on sharjah without a doubt!
