Very bad experience. I regret buying crib and electric toy car for my son from this shop. Having cheap quality products is one thing but bad/rude behavior from their staff is totally not acceptable. Extremely poor customer service, even worse after sales support and very unprofessional staff.

Nice shop to purchase toys, baby cars, baby accessories, motorcycles, scooties, swings, soft toys, bicycles for kids and adults. They have got so much of variety to select from. It's a huge store. You too can get baby cots as well as those baby feeding chairs,strollers and walkers. They have got separate section for girls, boys and infants. Good shop over all.

Very terrible experience from the shop. We bought a swimming pool from the shop and it did not even inflate. When we went for exchanging the product they straight away refused and asked me to leave from the shop. Hence a police complaint has been raised along with a complaint in the DED (Dubai Economic Department)

The worst toys shop ever, sold me a used bicycle which got a broken break, when I went back to return it they refused and treated me like a beggar , They started shouting and saying it was my fault to accept the bike, I threatened to call consumer protection authority then they finally changed it for me. Don’t go to this shop, there are shops just next door which have better stuff and better customer service.

Had bought a go kart scooter for my kid, the pedal came out within one week. When i went to get it fixed the bangali guy asked for 50dhs for one damn screw. These guys are cheaters!
