Selling broken devices covered by discount. They pushed haircut trimmer with an offer price. It is simply not charging. Once it was discharged, I can throw it away. It was plugged in 24 hours+ and still battery is dead. Sure, offered items isn't going to be refunded. My first and the last experience.

If I could give no stars I would. The Owner is very unhelpful and rude. She took my money for a parcel to Bristol and mis-typed the postcode so, according to my Post Office Certificate of Posting, it got sent to Birmingham and, of course, it hasn't arrived! It probably never will. She has taken no responsibility for her error and says that she can't help. When I asked why she couldn't help me she became quite aggressive and tried to hustle me out of the premises. She is not interested in doing the best for her customers, she's only interested in taking your money.

The blond lady was very impolite and even rude, and unhelpful. simply she didn't know how to do her job. eventually her collogue helped me.
