There is one supervisor who behaves very rudely with customers. The guy with the mic standing near the cashiers is extremely rude towards customers. He doesn't know how to talk politely to the customer if asked any query. Should remember customers are paying money and purchasing items from here, not getting for free. Not recommended at all. First give good customer service training for your staff before making them handle the customers.

Their counter area definitely needs improvement.
Shout out to the guy in the fish area. He cleaned and cut nicely.
Vegetables and fruits are always fresh.

Prices are good. Big issue is counters. Very crowded without any clue which line to follow. It took 45 minutes to clear from cash counter.
