Always take 1 hour to delivery. Not a single time every time you order. Where I am staying 10 minutes walk distance. They will not provide any delivery information even if you call two. Wrost service

Dr Razzak is one of the best doctors here, he is usually late most of the times but i would rather wait to see him than anyone else.
Receptionist staff r ok, one lady comes across a little rude. Place is generally clean and tidy.

Decent doctors however really unorganized, unprofessional receptionists. Two weeks ago I rebooked an appointment I was late to with a lady who kept on rolling her eyes, mumbling, puffing and sighing to show how unbothered she was towards executing her own job and helping her customers, I even asked her about a confirmation email or a printout of the appointment and she just told me that I’ll receive a message which I DID NOT receive. Recently ( after two weeks of waiting for my hospital scan in regards to a serious issue ) the receptionist said I didn’t book any appointment and proceeded to look at me blankly and as I started getting infuriated only then they managed to book an appointment for me in another 4 days. Incredible.

Generally the doctors here are great and I would highly recommend them. Dr Razack and Dr Hussain in particular are great.

I would rate the practice 5 stars but there's one rude receptionist that just talks and doesn't listen. She will talk over you and raise her voice as if you're a child. It's very patronising and insists she's not being rude.

Other than her, the admin staff are very helpful. Just hate picking up the phone and having to deal with her.

Recently, I was highly concerned about a health issue and was advised the doctor will give me a call. Not long after doctor Masood Khan got in touch and advice to come in after speaking about my symptoms. I was seen to straight away by Dr Masood Khan, he was very attentive and kind. In order to diagnose the issue correctly he eliminated potential health concerns by carrying out some tests, ensuring my dignity wasn’t compromised . In the end he had given me a diagnosis which made me feel less anxious. Dr Masood was professional and displayed compassion, care and dignity which aided my overall experience at the doctors which can be frightful at times. Thank you.

Positives: online booking system and messaging works pretty well. Tests are booked when you need them ( I had CT scans, breast scan, blood tests etc booked without hasle) DR Razack is a good doctor I would advise booking with him.
Negatives: receptionist almost alway tries to talk you out of booking appointments and tries to give medical unqualified advise over the phone. Emergency apointments are very hard to get and they always try to give you telephone apointments instead of face to face.
The english receptionist working at the practice are lovely but the asian admin can be really rude and patronising. Not sure why is this!?
Lastly, if you are really concerned about something and this GP tell you nothing to worry about, consider having a second opinion as two of my friends have “serious” illnesses althought they were discharged by this GP ensuring there was nothing to worry about.

My experience has always been positive at the practice. Doctors, nurses, reception staff, all have been professional and helpful, often under trying circumstances.

I have been with this surgery for years...Dr Razack absolutely lovely Doctor...The Receptionist are always polite and very helpful especially Mohammed.

Doctors, nurses and office staff are always helpful and professional. I have been using the practice for 40 years and have never had a problem. Excellent care and always patient with my concerns. Thank you.
