I was super excited and amazed at how tidy my room looked like. The house keeping was top notch. I would be super excited to come and spend my time there again. In particular the housekeeper name is Patrick. He exhibited his diligence and professionalism. Thanks a lot for a top notch service during my stay.

Can't wait to be back at this amazing hotel, I stayed here 3 days and I enjoyed each and every minute I was there..clean rooms and great services from housekeeping staff. There's this guy named Patrick ever smiling guy his service was awesome. And keep it up Novotel for keeping great staffs . See you again in December Novotel.

No management at all. Consistently chasing laundry. The Cafe staff in general very good, Ms Ahlem, Vincent, and the Tunisian gentleman all very good. Ahmed, rude and obnoxious. Novotel used to be a great hotel with excellent standards.

I was in Sharjah for a trade show and the proximity of this hotel to Expo Center was a great convenience. My room was very nice, big, clean and had a beautiful lagoon view. Still the best thing about this hotel is its staff for sure. From Sumera and Fatuma at the reception to Mariel and Allan at the breakfast restaurant, everyone was beyond polite and helpful. I have never been to a hotel with nicer staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time here..I really like the place. And hotel. .warm Welcome from Reception ????.And rooms are very good and well cleaned they cleaned my room every day ..well trained staff. Good communication..I really appreciate Mr.MANI from Housekeeping for taking care of my stay. THIS WAS MY BEST. EXPERIENCE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THE PERSON WHO WANTS ALWAYS. This was best hotel i visited during my visit in sharjah Good hospitality owsome ambience amzing secent in the lobby and corridors nice view from room, staff is really help would like to recommend Ms sumera and mr Ramadan they both were really amazing staff i strogly recommend
