Have used this branch for many years and have seen many people come and go for many reasons.
Claire the new girl / woman is very pleasant and willing to learn so should be given a bit more support as this is obviously lacking. Stick with it Claire.
The main reason for doing this review is for the backbone of the sales counter that we all know and love that’s you Brandon.
Without this man, myself and I would think many others would move to another branch.
You’re doing a great job Brandon and I hope you get rewarded in the correct way. Stick with it and everything will come good I hope.
And to those people moaning about the waiting times have a word with the manager if you can find him.

This place is seriously under staffed and are unable answer the phone or answer emails. You wait in the region of 20 minutes on average to be served. This is no way a branch of a national company should be run.
Spend almost £3000 on stuff that I would have spent at this branch and went elsewhere, that branch is is friggin laughing stock. Seems to have been that way for years.
This is not the fault of the only 2 guys in there that always seem to be flat out doing their best BTW.

Ordered a part on line 28th having checked opening hours on the website and selected collection date. No mention of being closed between Christmas and New Year and part urgently required for a Central Heating System. Turned up before closing time only to find no one at home! Not impressed. Please update your website for next time.......

My husband and I visited this store today looking for wall panels for the bathroom. When we walked in the assistant looked inconvenienced that we arrived, i guess it was because we had entered the store and he was looking to lock up for the day. He was so unhelpful and really couldn't be bothered to answer any of our questions. My husband said im sorry were you waiting to lock up? The assistant said bluntly yes!!
We left at that point as as we got into our car the assistant had locked the doors and was wheel spinning his car down the road.
I appreciate he was keen to go home but he was really so rude and we felt a complete burden to him. Pat harwood
