Very bad Garage ,non qualified or professional at all, and the owner of the garage is an irresponsible person, and this is based on experience with them.

The advice to everyone is to avoid dealing with them in order to save your time and money, because often if you go to them for a problem, you will go to them more than for the same problem and solve it, and in the end you will resort to another garage
كراج سئ وكل طاقم العمل يفتقر الي الحرفية بالاضافة الي ذلك صاحب الكراج شخص لا يهتم بسمعة الكراج ولا بتقويم طاقم العمل .

نصيحة للكل تجنب التعامل معهم وذلك لتوفير وقتك ومالك لانك غالبا اذا ذهبت لهم من اجل مشكلة ما سوف تذهب لهم اكثر من لنفس المشكلة وان تحل وفي النهاية سوف تلجأ الي جراج اخر

Just general searching at the moment, Danny was very accommodating, provided a great service and opportunity to test drive.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car, especially the Leon they have available, stunning example on offer!

Recently purchased a car from here and very happy with the whole service. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived and handed the keys to all the cars we were interested in. The selection of cars to browse through was very good, and we were able to test drive. Danny was really helpful, we didn’t feel pressured at all as he let us look around at our own pace and answered all our questions and offered advice. The car was immaculately clean when we collected it, and he made sure it was taxed and MOT’d before we left. Would definitely recommend - reasonably priced cars, friendly staff and great service ???? thank you

I would not call it five star service but yes fairly good level of service, willing to give you any car for test drive means these guys know their cars , i went to buy a mercedes a180 but upon test drive i didn’t like that car and asked for another car , dan suggested golf instead which was actually much better and a lot cheaper than a180 , one thing i liked about sales team that they wouldn’t pressure you into buying a car from them, you go there drive a car , buy it or leave it your choice.. my golf is so far so good and i hope that it keeps going ????????

Absolutely amazing company I never write reviews but felt this company needed one!!! Bought my sons first car from here they go above and beyond to help you, from the sales to the service department which were amazing, big thank you to Darrel and to the mechanic (sorry don’t know your name) that went out of there way to help me and my son. I would 100% recommend Scott’s to everyone and I would not hesitate to buy from you again. Thank you!!

First time here with MOT and annual service on wife's Suzuki Swift. No problems at all and very helpful with collect and delivery all at a reasonable price. Have already booked my car for MOT on the basis of this positive experience

Bought a used car, sight unseen as live in abother part of the country. Pleasant on the phone and delivery was efficiently arranged. On arrival, I was disappointed with the extent of cosmetic wear on steering wheel, gear stick, boot latch etc. Felt it would have been fair for condition to be mentioned prior to purchase as will cost me to repair. Also the fact no second key and existing key doesn't work manually, so will need to buy one for back up. When I emailed my feedback about better communication pre-sale (I know what reasonable wear and tear is, and appreciciate it's a used car), I received an extremely abrupt and rude response. Disappointing attitude to customer service once they've got your money. Don't buy from them without thorough inspection.

Great experience getting my BMW from Scott’s here in Bramley. Rob, in Sales, looked after me from start to finish, and answered all the questions I wanted answering in a friendly and professional manner. At no point, from when I first wandered around looking at their stock, to taking delivery of my new car, did I feel under pressure. Highly commend Scott’s.
