The quality is up and down ! I love their oto shot that’s more ice cream than coffee. Today, I just returned twice my order telling them that I want the same thickness that I get usually. Unfortunately got something liquide.
Disappointed.

Their hot chocolate used to be amazing now it’s just ok, no longer recommend it ☹️

Ordered a takeaway cortado coffee and two hot chocolates. Cortado was not very hot and two hot chocolates were filled with sugar. overpriced.

Worst hot chocolate ever. The staff had not even mixed the chocolate and given us plain milk. Would never recommend.
