I brought home 5 puris (2 and half sets). They gave me chana and aalo for 2 sets only. I asked him to put more they said its enough for 5 puris. When i opened the boxes at home, i found 5 extremely small boxes with lids. One with chana, one with aalo, one halwa and two boxes of achaar (onions). I called them back from home and they argued about the quantity and said this is what we give for 5 puris. Believe me the quantity was not enough for 2 puris.

Zero customer service and were rude too. Hopeless

During our breakfast visit to the restaurant, we were disappointed to find a mosquito in our halwa. Though we brought this issue to the attention of our waiter and the counter staff, unfortunately, neither provided an apology or seemed concerned about addressing the matter appropriately. We found this lack of professionalism unacceptable, especially considering the poor quality of food cleanliness.

Have tried their halwa poori multiple times and sweet lassi! It tastes good! However, one has to almost always wait to get a table since it’s too crowded on weekends at breakfast time! Also tried their gulab jamun and rabri! Gulab jamuns were good while the rabri was just okay.

Breakfast was great, but I sat outside with coolers in end July, which was a bad idea. As a result of the hot weather and lack of cooling, my breakfast tasted awful

We had their samosa chat which was nice. Samosas were hot and crunchy drenched in cold dahi and warm chana topped with sweet chutney. Yum. Chicken puff was not all that great. Kareem tikka looked nice so I had ordered however it had raw chicken smell and almost no salt. Lassi was not really thick.

Worst experience was of qulfi falooda. The heart of qulfi falooda is creamy kulfi then comes other important things like thick and lacy rabri, soft and fluffy noodles, sabza and rose syrup. The qulfi in their falooda was very hard and it was like you are eating ice cubes. Crunch crunch... Not at all good. You get brain freeze with each bite. ???? The rabri, noodles and sabza were good. I asked why the qulfi is so hard and that it's not tasting good so the person said it's hard because we keep it in deep freezer. I understand qulfi is kept in freezer however it becomes this hard only when it's kept in freezer for months and months. So probably its not fresh. I waited for qulfi to melt a bit but that only added more water to my falooda. So qulfi falooda was total disaster and disappointing. Not recommended at all.

I have had their bun kabab and kashmiri chai many times before. Both are awesome. Also the spicy chutney they give with bun kabab is yummy. Their small gulaab jamuns are too cute and too tasty. ????

Their service is commendable as it's pretty quick even though it's quite hot outside.

Best halwa puri ever. Nothing comes close. This is the ????.
It’s worth the drive from where you are to come and have it.
You can’t go wrong. Chai is ok, not the best and definitely not the worst.

Went there this afternoon to pick up some sweets. Waited for 7-8 min, while the two staff members were busy packing an order for noon food. All this time, they saw us standing there but didn't care to acknowledge us.
After losing patience, I asked how long we waited until someone served us, to which one of the staff replied that they had a big order to pack for noon.
So finally, we walked out as we didn't think we would be served anytime soon.
I'm my opinion the owners need to teach their staff how to handle walk-in customers. Good customer service is a top priority in the service industry, if they didn't know already.
