I had a terrible experience here . I am a fan of Pandora . I always buy bracelets and charms from them I love their products . I can’t believe when I went to the shop here the attendant first didn’t want to polish my bracelet with my own cloth? She said I need to buy a whole tub of solution . Anyway I was going there to change links . But she did not know how to change the links of the bracelets . I had 3 bracelets I wanted to change one link to the circle link . A simple job . She couldn’t do it and just exasperated me more by saying I didn’t give her the spare links?. She was totally confused and said it can’t be done and i told her ok return it to it’s original state . She said that it’s missing a link and I never gave her the link? when she saw I was about to flip that simple not true she realized she didn’t do it properly and finally did it , after I lost all my patience . I am so disappointed. Pandora should never leave an inexperienced person alone in the shop . If she doesn’t know how to change links she should not say she can from then beginning . Where are the clever girls from before who can do it in seconds and know every thing about the tricky bracelets .I will never come here again. I did not want to lose my patience over something so petty

Bought a lovely bracelet and a couple of charms today. The sales executive was great - helpful but not pushy. Was a very nice experience :)

Nice collection. I bought a ring today. A little after 8pm. Very good customer service by the girl on duty. Her name is Sadhana I think.
