Great little branch. Great collection and options. I dont know why but Patchi prices are somehow increased significantly lately despite other competition from other great other chocolate providers. Staff is always friendly. I advice a tryout before you buy. Not all chocolates are great (depends on how sweet tooth you are)..

I hope this is forwarded it to who it may concern, last night I passed by Patchi Matajer Branch in Sharjah. I was very disappointed, to further elaborate I felt like we were not welcomed at all and the employee with all due respect had a VERY bad attitude, i believe her name was Anita. I believe that we visit patchi and pay respectful amounts of money because we believe in quality and the bare minimum that the company must provide is proper hospitality to the customers by hiring employees that have a positive attitude

A well-known brand. Their chocolate speaks for itself. Friendly staff as well. They tried their best to get me more items from neighboring shops (of the sane chain). Prices are somewhat affordable. I usually go in and ask for something that fits my budget; they never disappoint. They can also provide a mixed selection of chocolates of your choice in a cute box, paid by kilo.
