If you can live without a laptop, I would prefer that over buying from PCStore. Once they are paid, there is no guarantee of receiving the laptop, and there is no response when attempting to contact them via phone or WhatsApp.

A good company to buy used grade A laptops. They have devices of different sizes and prices vary too. They also offer after sale service incase your device run into some issue in the future.

I ordered an HP ProBook 4530s, i7 at a very good price on PCStore.ae, and it's really fantastic. I can't forget the saleslady, Harriet for the help she rendered to me. Thanks alot????.

PC Store is a fraudulent company and not to trust especially with export purchases, as they will use bad parts. When i tried to buy from them for export, they increased price when i got to their shop, with the promise of better and quality laptops checked.
They took forever to deliver in the name of quality check, then most of the 40% of the devices had issues such as bad battery. They refused to refund the cost of repair, and insisted i re-export the faulty devices (at our own cost).
If you're African, Harriett the Sales rep will ensure you're shafted while smiling at you

PCStore delivers worst IT service I've ever experienced. I received my laptop after repair without a charger! I am shocked by negligence of this team. They never reply to emails, it takes days and several reminders to get a reply by whatsapp. I place my request for repair on October 9, it took them a week and countless reminders to collect it (they couldn't even be bothered to explain why it takes them ages to even collect the item), then I received laptop back after repair with a massive delay, and until today I can't even start laptop to see if it was fixed or not, because they forgot to return my charger!! If you don't want to waste your time and cope with unapologetically unprofessional approach, beware of this company.

One of the worst experience with buying laptop, The gave me replacement 3 times all defected, I had to complain the authorities. The last one also not good but i had to keep it as i am fed up of sending and receiving the laptop. People who are buying without warranty keep in mind there products are disposable items.
