This was a good decision to join this tour. Chris was very enthusiastic and has a lot of insider information about the places we visit and pass by. His love for Yorkshire is definitely contagious. All the arrangement is perfect and not a time spent in vain. We were also blessed with lovely people joining the tour from different countries, and sunshine during the steam train ride! It was a wonderful experience.

A wonderful day out. Like a best of the Yorkshire Dales that someone else puts together. Guide was knowledgeable and gave insights into each place we went to. Spectacular countryside. Highlights r me were the Yorkshire Wesleydale cheese factory, staring out the bus window at the rolling countryside and stone field walls, and our guide's commentary.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day with enough time in each location to take pictures and a quick look around without feeling rushed. Had perfect weather and the guide’s local knowledge was informative. Covered a range of landscapes, countryside, villages, the moors and coastal Whitby without the hassle of driving myself and took many country backroads which only the locals know about. Highly recommended.

Totally 10/10! We were picked up from our hotel by Chris, the best ever tour guide and driver. He drove us through beautiful sceneries to see Yorkshire moors and dales all the way to picturesque seaside town of Whitby and told us interesting things about the history and present day of Yorkshire at the same time. Because the group in the car was small we could ask Chris a lot of questions and we were able to have a real conversation with each other. A lovely steam engine train ride was included in the tour. All in all the best day trip ever. Highly recommended!

We did the “Steam trains, Whitby and the moors” tour which was guided by Chris and we absolutely loved it! We got to see the best of the moors, lovely villages and the stunning seaside town of Whitby, with the right time to spend at each stop (we stayed in Whitby 2 hours and a half, more or less, enough time to visit the iconic abbey and enjoy a fish & chips lunch). Plus, the steam train trip is just amazing! Definitely recommended :)
