18/06/22 Evening hours Very worst service I kept by tiffin box on fridge while shopping in PK mart they stolen it when I Asked them they are saying We dont know very very Irratative Staff I recommend never go there One of my roomate forget his vallet on counter When he relise Immediately he went back they Did not gave back they said We dont know I recommend never goo to buy Any thing. All are theafs.

If there was a 0 star option i would use it.
Unprofessional. Lying. Bad service.
I ordered cat food at 7:45, they said they would deliver asap. At 8:00 i called and they said, will be there in 5 minutes. I waited outside the building until 8:30 so i called and they blocked my number and didn’t deliver my food at all. Keep in mind the place is 8 mins by car.
I went to their branch and asked for the manager and explained the situation, he didnt say anything except “maybe the driver is busy, i dont know what the driver is doing” He blamed it on the driver eventho HE took my order.
I hope you never have customers because you are liars and wasted my time and i didnt get to feed those poor stray animals.

I cant imagine i only ordered water but it take how many days more for them to deliver, i can accept if they told me that they run out of stocks n we couldnt deliver imagine 2 days now and still not deliver, lack of communication maybe staff has problem with management thats why it affect the service anyway im still waiting for the water cos i already paid but maybe this is the last time i will order in this store experience was very bad in this things will end up to customers lost.

The staff are not helpful at all. like they don't care their customer when customer ask them anything even staffs behavior very bad, i was go there everyday but now i am stop going there. really bad experience in pk mart????????????????
