Unprofessional. Lying. Bad service.
I ordered cat food at 7:45, they said they would deliver asap. At 8:00 i called and they said, will be there in 5 minutes. I waited outside the building until 8:30 so i called and they blocked my number and didn’t deliver my food at all. Keep in mind the place is 8 mins by car.
I went to their branch and asked for the manager and explained the situation, he didnt say anything except “maybe the driver is busy, i dont know what the driver is doing” He blamed it on the driver eventho HE took my order.
I hope you never have customers because you are liars and wasted my time and i didnt get to feed those poor stray animals.
