We used Cartwright for a 20 yard roro skip to clear debris left at our business centre. The final invoice is over £1200. We were poorly advised by Cartwright. An 8yd skip costs £300. We would have been better taking 4 of these units, totalling 32yd. The response by the company on this matter was very poor. We feel that our business is not valued. We will avoid using them again. Beware of their advice.

Really happy to recomend Cartwrights, who have been an amazing help in supplying large skips to assist with a building clearance in Telford. Being let down last minute by other suppliers Chloe and collegues at Cartwrights were able to turn around the required skips at very short notice to be able to meet my deadlines. Would highly recomend and thank you to Chloe for your attention and assistance in making a really tricky situation so much easier. Knowing that nothing goes to landfill with Cartwrights is a real bonus also!

Used this company several times now and no problem. But whilst I was away on holiday I returned to my skip taken and it wasn’t even half full. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and just a phone call. I will not be using this company anymore.

Hadn’t hired a skip until recently and chose Cartwrights because they are a well known name and always look professional. The whole process was very simple having a very good website clear and easy to use with all the information required, the skip arrived early delivery was by a friendly cheerful driver, everything went perfectly well,excellent telephone communication,very quick response to collect with a very detailed emails regarding all stages of the process, truly professional probably the best at what they do.

Excellent service received today from start to finish. I enquired about a skip for hire, at very late notice ( let down by another supplier) and thankfully Cartwrights could supply.
From time of placing an order - 1.15pm, receiving invoice and delivery note, I received the skip at 2.45pm , same day. I may have been extremely fortunate, but I could not fault the service , the quality and the courtesy of Shelly who took my order , to the driver who delivered , asked questions as to where the skip should be positioned , etc.

Would definitely use again , and recommend

We were having difficulty get a large skip for a job we had in Telford. After ringing a number of companies, including the National ones, that are so say then the area, but aren't and basically just use the local companies and add charges on top, we came across Cartwrights. They were super helpful after we explained our situation and responded really quickly and was able to get a skip delivered for us. Really friendly helpful people on the phones too.

Hired a skip for a general tidy up from Cartwrights, was talked through the whole process by knowledgeable and courteous staff from the beginning, skip was delivered promptly and by a driver who made sure I was happy with the placement of the skip before he left. Was told I could keep the skip for up to a fortnight but finished earlier and skip was collected next day. All in all a stress free process and would be happy to recommend Cartwrights to anyone.
