The female staff members have a problem with you ordering and picking up online packages from store and returning items in store. One staff members asked me “why don’t you order the package to your home?”. Don’t think they had ill intentions but I'm certainly not returning back here again. Felt very judged and uncomfortable for asking for my packages or returning items. They also didn’t smile which was basic courtesy. The male staff members are mostly helpful and don’t judge you too much, in fact they’ll joke and make conversation with you which was nice.

Good collection however the staff are busy chatting to each other and not attending customers in Al Zahia branch
