Honest and professional service. They have always managed to fix my car's issues and are completely transparent about what is needed and what can wait. They communicate well and get the job done on time. I especially appreciate that they pick up my car and drop it off. Highly recommended!

The labour pricing is little on the upper side compared to other workshops for doing basic changing of parts but the person seems to be a bit more honest in terms of car care than most of other workshops, I would recommend it the following way.

Qalunya was recommended to me by a friend who has been servicing his car for a couple of years now. I brought my car in for a major engine concern and they were able to detect the issue and come back to me with honest and clear assessment of what needs to be done and its cost. They kept sending me full report and pictures of the work that is being done during repairing it which makes u trust them even more. Im happy with the service and will continue on servicing my car there. Highly recommended.

I have been to 4 different garages 11 times and my car had an issue that none of them could fix for which I was quoted ridiculous amounts. Qalunya Auto Maintenance fixed it and I'm so grateful for their service. They care for detail and will listen to you and try everything to maintain your car. highly recommend. Always going back to them.

Excellent service! I love the approach, they quote the estimated price at the beginning so there are no surprises afterwards, as the work was done, I was informed about all the changes, and got the pictures along with the explanation of what needed to be changed. Mr. Omar was extremely professional, honest and polite. Definitely recommend this garage, save urself the usual headache in Dubai with car dealers, and just give them a call. This was probably the best service so far in all this years in Dubai. Perfect!

I can highly recommend Qalunya Auto’s. Second time I have used them. I trusted them to work on my pride and joy, again impeccable service, kept me well informed, went above and beyond, high level of workmanship and affordable. Repairs where possible, not like main dealer replace only policy! Pick up and drop from off

Very unpleasant experience. Took my jeep wrangler to fix a leak of Atf and the winch. The first time they gave it back to me transmission was not working properly, auxiliary lights and fan where dead and the winch still not working ... I returned it. Was told that it would be fixed. Second time I got it back they forgot to connect the shifter for the transfer case. Third time I got it back, is leaking more than before. They say that the leaks are new and that they will charge me more to fix what they say it's a completely new leak... The owner does not take responsibility for the job and now ignores me... Stay away from this place! After 7000 aed and 2 months my car is worse than when I gave it to them...

Extremely honest and professional garage... i like the mentality which they have, which will bring me again here... I brought my car which I was servicing in the agency, and I found the same service here, and more honest details about other things... unlike agencies who care about your wallet rather than your car.
