Excellent taste of pakistan out of pakistan!
Love the Anday Wala Burger!
Samosa chat, pani puri, cream chat, chana chat, gulab jaman, kulfi falooda, Mirach Pakora and other fried items in Ramazan. Guys are very nice.

I enjoyed alot. I am always craving for pakistani food because i m living in alain where we have not much options. I visited this place for halwa puri... and it is amazing... tidy clean good staff and quick service and the yummy taste of food

Service is phetic. There call opererator seriously need some ethical training how to speak with the customer. Don't know how there shop is running well even though there attitude is very bad. For any this less that 15AED they will not do the delivery. When ever you call there for online delivery either they don't pickup or talk to roudly. Or say pick up yourself we don't deliver for 8 or 10 dhiram even though if you call a malbari hotel they will deliver 1AED tea for you. They constantly changing the prices which already high and intentionally not printed on there menu so that they can charge as they like. Halwa puri is good but there service and prices are not good. They started some fast food item like zinger which I never recommend. Zinger piece is not properly cooked and the chicken used is of bad quality.

Pure Pakistani food, delicious taste. I did a breakfast with Halwa Puree as they are serving a Set to 10 dhs. Channa Chatt, Samosa Chatt is also a good taste. Family hall is available, No car parking issues. Toilet are not available inside. They are serving in cash mostly so not sure if credit card will be acceptable.

Atmosphere is not that great but snacks are great ???????? from sour n spicy fruit chat, Dahi bhalays, samosas, tikki burgers to Pakistani sweets ????

One of the good spots to buy authentic desi sweets, I've tried sweets from couple of different places but I found them to be most authentic comparing to other options on top of that place is very economical, usually it's easy to find parking around this place as there's lot of unpaved parking around this place, usually it is very busy on weekends and they have very limited indoor seating capacity there are several seats available outside but sitting outside specially in hot weather (honestly speaking usually i avoid sitting outside) most of the people order from their vehicles which is very convenient.

But the attitude of the waiter is ridiculous. He didn’t wanna serve our family. I always used to take parcel from here, but now, never ever gonna come back here.

It's one of the best pakistani restaurants where you can find all traditional foods, including dahi bhla, papri chat, smoosa , sweets, phania and others all things. Staff need to be trained about customer service. Overall, it's a good point for pakistani food. ????

Had my Amazon parcel delivered here, my partner went to pick it up as Amazon had sent a few emails to say it’s there. Gent on the Till barely looked at the parcels and automatically said it wasn’t there, had piles and piles of parcels. 0 effort to even look. Now that’s a Christmas present that someone won’t get. Never again

Today I went into the post office waited in the queue got to the front when a DPD man came in to collect parcellels. The lady said I had to wait while she delt with him and walked off when she returned she didn't come to serve me she went to the shop side and started serving another customer with a basket full even though I was there first she said the shop came first.
I told her that that was not right and asked where the notice was that said this she said there wasn't one ....
I did kick off because this is disgusting customer service and then she denied me service but I would not move till she serverd me

After reading the bad rewiews I can see I'm not the only one who has complained about this

Always get great service here. Mr Siri the owner is always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. His wife is a bit on the quiet and reserved side, but polite nevertheless. The old man who used to be there was a bit grumpy and crudgomly at times but he seems to have gone now. Roz who sometimes works there is always bubbly, polite and friendly. All in all a good place shop.

Visited to post special delivery. Picked a4 padded envelope which had price of 68p on however the owner decided to get rich by charging me double. You were caught out mate (owner) shame on you

Despite having to manage both the shop and post office counter, the staff here are brilliant. I often arrive with a bag of parcels and I know that puts pressure on them. There are lots of negative comments on here, but that has not been my experience. Maybe a little understanding and patience is needed ????

Overcharged on too many occasions, if you ask for a receipt you will be told the machine is broke. The lady in charge is very rude and abusive when approached. Reported and under review. She got my address and memorised it and published it online when she wasn’t happy that I approached her. Please avoid at all costs.

Horrible staff, no respect or ability to communicate properly with customers. Only used this ‘post office’ (using the term post office very lightly) twice but will never return! *Note only one queue* Respectfully joined queue to eventually get to counter (45 mins later) and be told by the most rudest female ever that I’m in the WRONG queue for the post office. No signs etc. to advertise this fact. She pointed to another queue that had formed and I then had to join this one. Eventually left this shambles over 1 hour later!!! Only used due to fact I’m new in area and this is the only post office I was aware of (at the time)
Believe me avoid at all costs! Rude disrespectful staff
