Upon arriving at the restaurant, I noticed that there was no available parking spot in the vicinity, and so I decided to park my car on the sidewalk. As I was getting out of my car, the owner came out and started shouting at me, saying that I couldn't park there and that I had to move my car immediately. I tried to explain to them that there was no parking available, but He didn't want to listen and continued to yell at me, pointing fingers and
Due to his aggression, I called Sharjah Muncipality emergency helpline and they said the owner can not ask you to move or remove your car unless there’s categorically a signage mentioning only customers can park.
After this unpleasant encounter, I decided to read some reviews about the restaurant online and was shocked to discover that the owner had a history of being rude to people. To add insult to injury, I found out that they also didn't allow anyone to use their restrooms unless they eat there, which I find to be incredibly unkind.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as the owner's behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Their actions have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never visit this establishment again. If you are looking for a restaurant with good customer service and hygienic facilities, I suggest you look elsewhere.
I would rather go to Chutney rolls and have a savory Biryani while they greet me with a smile rather than come here and eat in a place that’s owned by rude people.
